I saw this book blogger confessions tag on The Bibliophagist and decided to take part!

Rules:

  1. Answer these questions truthfully.
  2. Once you’re done, tag 5 other book bloggers to answer these questions next.

Which book, most recently, did you not finish?

Daring Greatly by Brené Brown

I really enjoyed it at first but it became hard to read when I got busy.

Which book is your guilty pleasure?

Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen

I tried so hard to not love this book but I couldn’t help it. It’s one of my favorite classics and I love rereading it!

Which book do you love to hate?

Little Women by Louisa May Alcott

I definitely have a love/hate relationship with this book. Maybe I should do

Which book would you throw into the sea?

The Sorcerer’s Ring series

I’d burn it, throw it in the sea, whatever it took to make it disappear from my memory and from existence.

Which book would you hate to receive as a present?

Girl, Wash Your Face by Rachel Hollis

This book is beyond overrated and if I have to endure one more group chat about it, I may throw up.

Which book could you not live without?

The Harry Potter series. A world without HP in it is a world that I don’t want to live in. Periodt.

Which book made you the angriest?

The Game of Thrones series BECAUSE IT’S STILL NOT OVER!

But, seriously, the books that made me the angriest were The Sorcerer’s Ring series. That was the most excruciating reading experience of my entire life and I hope one day I forget it ever happened. (Read my review on the series here.)

Which book made you cry the most?

None. I’ve never cried while reading a book. Or a movie, for that matter. However, I have cried in my sleep a few times, so apparently my unconscious self is much more sensitive than my conscious self?

Which book cover do you hate the most?

A Song of Ice and Fire series by George R. R. Martin

A story this epic deserves so much more than a weird/creepy silhouette and gradient background.
